1.      What organic agriculture is:有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)是什么：
v         Avoids synthetic pesticides and easily soluble mineral fertilizers避免合成殺蟲(chóng)劑和易溶礦質(zhì)肥料
v         Protects the environment and promotes biodiversity保護(hù)環(huán)境和促進(jìn)生物多樣性
v         Produces healthy food生產(chǎn)健康食品
v         Recycles nutrients養(yǎng)分循環(huán)
v         Uses locally adapted methods.使用適合當(dāng)?shù)氐姆椒?br> 
2.      Soil fertility and plant nutrition:土壤肥力和植物營(yíng)養(yǎng)
ü       Soil fertility has to be conserved or improved應(yīng)保持和改善土壤肥力
ü       Soil erosion must be avoided必須避免土壤侵蝕
ü       For annual crops, a wide crop rotation has to be used, including legumes to assure biologi­cal nitrogen fixation對(duì)于一年生作物，應(yīng)使用廣泛的作物輪作，包括保證生物固氮作用的豆類
ü       For perennial crops, wherever possible, legumes have to planted in interrow spaces對(duì)于多年生作物，在可能的情況下，行間應(yīng)種植豆類
