5.      Conversion period:轉換期
A conventional farm has to undergo a conversion period, before products can be sold as orga­nic. During the conversion time, all rules of organic production have to be kept, according t一個常規農場必須經過一個轉換期，然后才可以作為有機出售。轉換期間，應堅持所有有機生產的規則，根據下列規章：

In case of sufficient proofs for non use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides during the previous years, conversion period can be reduced如果有充分的以往幾年不適用化學肥料和農藥的證據，可以縮短轉換期。
